I visited EFG Hermes Branch inside DFM to open a trading account. One of the counter male staff behaving rudely and asking me why don't you open account with other broker! I reached there @ 3:20 PM. He tried to avoid me by simply saying that "Time is finished, today you can't open". Since i have information from their call center that they are working till 4 PM, i defend his statement. Lady staff in the counter and other male staff was very polite and helpful. Please train your staff at least give respect to customers, we are not coming for begging.
