Please educate the staff at the reception, provided completely wrong information for the product, as per her the cost of painting the shoe is AED 150/- and can be done in any used shoes and for that we need to visit Dubai Mall.
upon visiting Dubai Mall they told that this can be done only on new purchase and cost of painting is AED 450/-

While I enjoy shopping at your store, I wish there was a discounts card or loyalty program in place to provide added incentive for frequent customers. Offering promotions and rewards would be a great way to show your appreciation and keep customers coming back. Thank you for considering this feedback

Been looking for the metcon 7 shoe, visited dubai mall up and down, no one assisted me on size we’re can I find it, I went to MOE and they said it’s not available, I called Mirdif city center NIKE, very lucky, the sales representative Ms. KRYSTAL answer the call, reserve the shoe for me over the phone and finally visited and happily got the color and size what I was looking for.#metcon7#nikedubai#nikeuae#nike

One of the worst product return service and process.
Worst channel partners.
For past 3 days their courier partner is contacting without come to pick the items.
Will think twice before buying.

I went there to buy a new pair of shoes however there was nobody from the staff in the shop to help.. only the two people at the cashier. I noticed 2 other people waiting for someone to help them. When I asked the cashier is there someone who can assist me they both gave me a look like I was rude them and told me to wait... I ended up leaving the shop.
